Bike ride

I went for a bike ride this morning up Provo Canyon. Wore my new jersey from www.fatcyclist.com . I think it had been almost a year since I'd been on my bike. It felt so good to ride again! Richard got me my mountain bike as a surprise birthday present a few years ago. It's a Novarra, which is an REI brand. It is so light, and rides so smooth. I love to fly through the breeze and enjoy the beauty of the canyon with the trees and the river. In the spring, when Bella is old enough, I'll be able to take the girls in the GoBug--our bike trailer. Can't wait!

Once upon a time...

I've decided to join the blogging world. I'll warn you from the start, I'm not a writer. But I've enjoyed other people's blogs and I think it will be a fun way to post our pics and videos for all to see. I also write updates of our family to Richard's brother Jon, who is serving a mission in Jackson Mississippi. I'll include those on here too. I took this first video a few weeks ago, catching Bryndi singing a song. Turn your volume up! Too cute!
